The first book is to learn the basics of the language. The student should be able to write and comprehend at a very basic level. The student can speak slowly and have a very simple conversations.

In book 2 the student begins to be able to speak and understand different tenses. They can have a more fluid conversation and understand at a faster pace. they learn about different subjects and read at a faster rate.

The student is now expected to understand and grasp the language. in this book they learn to speak in public, write an essay and become english speakers. the student is now reading texts that require more attention to detail and are able to express themselves. They also know how to distinguish, understand and speak in all tenses.
